Uptown is a multi-cuisine restaurant on Pinto's Vaddo in Candolim, a few minutes from Candolim beach. Downstairs is a proper kitchen — North Indian, Chinese and Continental, cooked to order and built for a table that shares.

Upstairs is something else entirely: a spread-out bar, snooker, foosball, darts, and a big screen carrying whatever match is on. One address, two moods, and a staircase between them.
